I picked up my dry cleaning a few weeks ago and a very expensive sport coat had several runs in the material. I don't know if it was damaged before it went in for dry cleaning, or if the damage was during the process. I spoke with the owner and he asked me to bring it in. Much to my surprise, the sport coat was repaired like new. The owner was friendly, helpful and accommodating, which seems to be more rare these days. I go out of my way to use Coastal Carolina Cleaners, because of their reputation for being gentle on expensive fabrics. Coastal Carolina Cleaners on Houston Northcutt Boulevard in Mount Pleasant is a quality option for dry cleaning and other clothing related services. They make everything very easy to take care of and get it done quickly when you are on a schedule. I have had a really good experience every time I have been here.
