Always great instruction, clean, and a wide variety of classes
I love Pilates life! In the first 3 weeks I felt so much better. (I didn’t even realize I felt bad) So much more energy and I felt more calm. After four months I was down 4 sizes. Now 7 months in I’m stronger than I have ever been and I feel it. The severe Planters fasciitis I had battled for years is totally gone, Sciatica under control, my posture is 100% better, and I am addicted! I have struggled in and out of the gym my entire life. I hated every minute of it. Finally at almost 60 I have found something that I WANT to do for the rest of my life. I have 4 friends coming with me now and I look forward to it everyday. Each instructor is different but equally as good. I highly recommend investing in yourself and getting started.
