Was a great experience, start to finish! Sean had the hot tub I wanted in stock and was ready to deliver it within the week. Delivery was a breeze and he had it set up and working in no time. The installation included a tub cover, stairs and the one month of chemicals. I highly recommend Carolina Spa Company!

It was an easy decision from there. “How quickly do you want it?” He asked on a Tuesday and it was set up on Friday for us to have friends over for a dip. He actually would have had it set up on Thursday if I was available. In addition to buying the spa, I was introduced to some new mineral products to maintain my water. Again, no pushiness. Just good advise and information. Since my purchase I have had a few questions and texted David. I received immediate response and advice.
