Geri helped us find a perfect next home to accommodate our growing family/on-going need to work from home AND helped us sell our home in Longpoint neighborhood! Early in 2021, I literally cried on Geri's shoulder when one of our offers wasn’t picked and she calmly reassured me, “There is a reason for everything. This wasn't the "one", I promise". Wouldn’t you know, she was absolutely right 🙂 For well over a year, Geri stood by our side and coached us on how to navigate the ever changing and increasingly competitive market (and continues to support us through our punch list at our new home, even after closing). We strategized on a new approach to eliminate contingencies that worked for us and our comfort level and when it really mattered - we got the house we dreamed of, without making any compromises! I've worked with Geri for a couple of years now as a home inspector. Geri is always looking out for what is best for the client. She fights hard for the best solution and is very knowledgeable regarding properties and the entire buying/selling process. Plus, she's fun to work with!
