I went in on June 7th for a consultation only. Notwithstanding the fact that it was clear that I would not be able to afford the extensive treatment that is needed, both Dr Patel and his staff were kind, considerate, and very thorough....taking considerable time to explain my situation and options in detail.Additionally, Shane (the practice manager) went out of her way to make an exception to practice policy and allowed a payment by by insurer for the fee for the consultation.

My family's first experience with this practice could not have been better. It started with a call to the office and a lengthy discussion of the practice with Shane. She is remarkably knowledgeable of all things related to insurance and billing. She was very transparent and honest and she was careful to set accurate expectations for us about a number of considerations. She's a true professional.When we met with Dr. Patel he quickly put us at ease and carefully assessed what he thought could and should be done for my family member's chipped front tooth. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Patel for years. We both adamantly feel Dr. Patel is the absolutely best dentist ever. His work is gentle, thorough, meticulous, precise, and impeccable, and his manner is kind, courteous, considerate, and friendly. Additionally, Dr. Patel's team - his hygienists and dental assistants and his administrative staff - are all consummate professionals.Because of all the aforementioned factors (Much more than just "factors", they're absolute facts.), I strongly and vigorously recommend to anyone that if you need a superb dentist, then please let Dr. Patel be your dentist.
