Krystal is absolutely the best and I don't even know if I'll go to anyone else and this was my first ever lash appointment. She is very knowledgeable, and passionate and talks you through every single step. I felt so relaxed and was so happy with my results I can't wait to go back in a few weeks. Krystal is a unicorn of a human. Not only is she very personable, but her knowledge and manner of explaining skin care is exactly what I was looking for. I came for a facial, but I left with a better understanding of how much skin actually functions. I am so excited that I found her and she can help my skincare and answer all the questions I’m unsure of. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
