They only care up until you hand them a check. They left our fence without post caps, which I understand is a cosmetic minor thing. But we paid for it and followed up for 3 months with no response and they never came back. We have a fence post loose and falling over, many boards that were not hammered all the way down sticking up, and nails sticking through all over the place that a child or dog could cut themselves open on. But don’t worry! The whole team had no problem showing up to the house to wait on my husband to return from the bank with the check. Kelly and Dave were AWSOME to deal with! Communication was on point and quality of work was even better!!! Definitely a 10 star experience! I will be contacting them in the near future to build a deck for us! Oh yeh, they also did the demo for my old fence and had the new one up and ready to go in 2 days!!!!Thank you guys!!!
