Our realtor recommended Matt to us for our home inspection with two different homes. The first one gave us enough concern to walk away and the second one enough confidence to call it home. Matt was very timely, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. He is very personable and honest. His reports are professionally done yet has explanations and precise pictures that anyone can understand. Talley Home Inspection is simply the best. The amount of time spent at the home with a host of pictures and descriptions truly informed me of what I was getting into. Our report was sent in an easy to read file in a very professional presentation the very same day as the inspection. Fantastic service!!!
