Had an AMAZING experience at this grooming salon. Tonya executed exactly what I wanted done with both dogs, listened to me, and made me feel super comfortable with the whole process! Highly, highly recommend
We Brought Our Elder Dog Lucy Here On August 20th 2025 and Were Very Pleased with the Hair Cut and Nail Trimming done By Sydney. Especially Since Our Regular Groomers at Pet Smart turned us down due to Our 15 year Old Dog Lucy Being Diagnosed with Heart Issues. Thankfully Sydney Helped us out since we are unable to Trim Lucy's Nails ourselves and she could barely walk anymore. Sydney also Gave Lucy A Bath and Let us Keep a towel to bring home with us, since she was cold and shivering. That was So Thoughtful of her and we will definitely be bringing Lucy here again In December. Thanks again Sydney & Pooch Parlor!!
My dog is older and has a ton of anxiety and an enlarged heart. I was worried about taking him to a new place. When I called to make an appointment I explained all of this to them and they really took all of this information in and took amazing care of my sweet boy. Plus they cleaned up the awful grooming job we tried to do at home.
