All around Great experience
Matt Hepstall came again today because my Rheem HVAC unit was shutting itself down and wouldn’t let me reprogram the thermostat. But then the unit would come back on by itself hours later. Matt suspected it was a clogged drain line and he successfully unclogged it. Turns out I’ve had this issue before but Matt was the only tech who told me there is an ‘add-on’ solution to prevent this from happening, which I’m considering having installed. As always, the Rudd technicians are friendly, on-time, explain things well and Matt was especially helpful.
Rudd Plumbing is fantastic! In particular, technician Josh Hood. So customer oriented, fast and efficient. He’s had to come over and look at my unit a few times (and he was once my neighbor so it was really convenient). He’s even used his expertise off the clock. Which is,in my opinion, above and beyond. I would definitely recommend him and Rudd Plumbing to anyone I know.
