My experience with Roper St. Francis was very rewarding to me, I have visited many dr.s over 20 years trying to get my blood pressure regulated with no results, After my 3rd visit at Dr. David Brazzel office I am proud to say it is finally normal. 20 years of all kinds of meds, no results, now it is regulated, Thanks to Dr. Brazzel and his P.A. they are awesome.

The staff was wonderful .I couldn't find the office and they stayed on the phone giving me help and directions for 30 min past my appointment and still had me seen .Dr. Smith was very friendly and listened to what I had to say ..I would highly recommend this office

if I were to recommend any hospital to anybody, it would be Roper in Mount Pleasant. I would like to give a shout out directly to Michael and Ann Marie for their exceptional service, they treated me like I was family.
