I am going to put 2 stars so far, and depending on whether or not I heard from the company regarding the apparent change to the metal roof they put on in April 2022, I called and left John Bihlear a voicemail, I sent him a picture and a text, and I emailed the email they provided on my paid invoice. On the invoice it says there is a warranty for the metal.I have no idea how my roof looks like it has problems.But I hope they will reply and send someone as per their warranty. But I have never been able to get them to return a call.Update: after me attempting to call and email, I got a return email from John from his email that I had to research and dig to find, not the... read full review
