I am going to put 2 stars so far, and depending on whether or not I heard from the company regarding the apparent change to the metal roof they put on in April 2022, I called and left John Bihlear a voicemail, I sent him a picture and a text, and I emailed the email they provided on my paid invoice. On the invoice it says there is a warranty for the metal.I have no idea how my roof looks like it has problems.But I hope they will reply and send someone as per their warranty. But I have never been able to get them to return a call.Update: after me attempting to call and email, I got a return email from John from his email that I had to research and dig to find, not the roof doctors email.All he said in it was that he didn't see a problem and that someone would come out to look. He didn't say what day or time or who would come, and I emailed back and also texted him to ask, and nothing so far.This company was extremely responsive when they were gonna get paid by me, but now that there is a problem-they don't want to talk.I had Southern by Ultimate Gutter Guard give me an estimate to remove this roof and put on a properly done actual galvanized metal roof (it doesn't look like this is galvanized metal)Update to update:I just received an email at 10:25 pm after sending the photos to John. The following is his reply:"That's not a problem with your roof. That's been there since day one. The coiler machine makes that occasionally on most jobs. No warranty issue or problem with Roof"I am not sure if he is telling me the truth. I will need to consult with another roofing expert because my roof did not look like since day one as he states. This has just happened in the last few days.One company has quoted me $54,000 to remove this roof and replace with a proper metal roof.I can't believe this is normal and that real metal should behave this way.
