Absolutely fantastic! I was honestly a bit nervous at first—I'd only ever had my eyebrows waxed before, so this was my first time doing anything below. But Kaity is an absolutely amazing tech. She made me feel comfortable right from the start—it felt like I was just chatting with an old friend. The process was super quick. Not painless (let's be real!), but definitely not as scary as I had imagined. I actually booked my next appointment with her before I even left. I feel fantastic!

Since starting waxing with Kaity…almost 2 years ago… I have not shaved since! She does an amazing job every time: she is quick, hospitable and detailed. I always have a good laugh/ therapy session when I go in. She makes sure you’re at ease throughout the whole process and walks you through what to expect if it’s your first time. She makes sure you understand after care of waxing and gives you a little card to remind you. I will always recommend her!!
