Biotech came to service my bed bug problem. They were very attentive to my needs with the inspection the preparation and the actual application of the treatment. After a few weeks Matt, the owner, came back by to check to make sure everything had been corrected and confident that the problem had been remedied. This company deserves far more than five stars for their professionalism and attention to detail. This customer is very satisfied

David is such an amazing tech, he's considerate, careful. He does an outstanding job. He walks through the door with a smile.... and scares all of the bugs away with his kindness and chemicals.
