Austin did a great job helping me after my accident , my first visit was very rough because I was so tense and tight. Austin was very gentle and patient with me. The whole team in the office is very great. Austin really did his job helping me get back to myself.
I started physical therapy at Benchmark in August of 2025 due to injuries I sustained from a fall. I completed my therapy in January 2026. I was really anxious about going to PT because of a not so great experience with PT years ago. However my experience with Benchmark was completely different. Austin was my therapist and he is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! He took my injuries serious and listened when it came to my symptoms and the pain I was in. He was super professional and was very involved throughout my sessions. Unlike some places where the therapist will just tell you what to do and just walk away. I cannot say enough great things about Benchmark Physical Therapy and my therapist, Austin! From day one, he made me feel heard, supported, and truly cared for. I came in with significant pain and left every session feeling more hopeful and more capable than before.
Austin is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, he explains everything in a way that makes sense, checks in often to make sure I’m comfortable, and adjusts the plan exactly to what my body needs. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and wants his patients to get better, not just get by.
