Love James DVM is highly recommended for their caring and supportive staff. They provide excellent care, from surgery to wellness appointments, with kind and patient service. The clinic offers services like heartworm tests, full body exams, vaccinations, nail trims, and even boarding, where pets are well looked after and pampered. Customers appreciate the doctors' dedication and the extra touches such as baths and nail trims before pickup. While the McConnels location is praised for its great staff, some concerns are noted about staff at the Springdale Rd location. Overall, Love James DVM is a trusted place for pet care.
Took my 1 year old lab for a wellness appt. Everyone was so kind and patient. Will definitely be a customer from now on. Wellness appt was $150 & included heartworm test, full body exam and some basic vaccinations. They also clipped her nails for me!
Very caring and supportive at the McConnels location. They are great there we love all the staff and drs. They can't do enough for you. However, I would not use the one on Springdale rd by lowes off of Dave lyle blvd. The front staff, especially Denise, should look for a different job. And the vets I will not comment on.
We use Palmetto for all of our surgeries and heartworm treatments.They have a dedicated staff of team members who are always there for us when we need them.Those ladies answering those phones that never stop ringing are always pleasant and helpful. This clinic is a blessing to have in the community and we feel fortunate they make it affordable to treat our Rescue dogs.
