They came out, as noted, asked what was wrong, "got to the job" great guys, professional, explained everything, Ms. Donna was great. Very customer oriented, went above and beyond. THEY DO CARE. Just will add this I've done electrical work before, worked with the public. And I'm in no hurry, as I understand the industry especially now. With that said they were great. After an inspector said I needed to replace a panel (he never even looked at it, he simply made his decision based on the manufacturer), I had Kelly’s come out to quote a replacement. They inspected the box during the quoting process and said it was like new. They wrote a letter for me to state the panel was in perfect condition and didn’t need to be replaced. They could have just quoted me and got the business based on my situation. Instead they were honest, helpful, went beyond anything they were responsible for, and truly had my best interest in mind.
