Brian did an excellent job!!! I couldn't have asked for a better job than the 2 men did. I am very happy with my two new toilets. And, I was very pleased with the communication, the actual job done....and to add that they were very professional and courteous. I will be requesting them the next time that I call on Staten for my plumbing needs.

Absolutely professional, straight to the point and did everything in an amazing time frame. Same day call and fix. Other companies were saying next Monday. I found the company I will stay with for life!

Our AC went out (while under warranty) a few days ago. Staten did everything in their power to quickly get the issue resolved despite the manufacturer of the HVAC unit not being helpful when it came to replacing the blower fan. The service manager and our technician, Josh, were absolutely amazing and super friendly. They went out of their way to show up and get it fixed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with their attentiveness and the care they showed while working diligently to fix our AC. Thank you Staten!
