Lina was so kind and professional as she explained that she works strictly by appointment only and doesn’t accept walk-ins. She personally guided me through the entire booking process with such care. Once my payment was confirmed, I received my private approval code along with beautifully clear instructions on how everything worked. When I arrived, I immediately understood why the approval code is so important. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk. He mentioned he didn’t realize appointments were mandatory and had to leave to complete the booking first. It made me truly appreciate how smooth, organized, and thoughtful my own experience was. After presenting my approval code, I was welcomed in right away with a warm smile. Lina already had the room beautifully prepared and was waiting for me. The entire session was professional, deeply relaxing, and far exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly attentive, highly skilled, and made sure every single moment was enjoyable and special from start to finish. I felt completely pampered and cared for.
