The two ladies I saw working when I dropped off my things were super friendly and accommodating. Our washer broke, and I had SO MUCH LAUNDRY! I kept apologizing but they took it in stride and said no problem. They even did their best to make sure some work uniforms got back promptly (props to the folks behind the scenes making that happen, too!)I've used Brashier several times in the past, and I've always been satisfied, but they really went above and beyond this time. These people are beyond honest! They found a 50 dollar bill in one of our shirts and put it aside in an envelope for us! Sadly not everyone would have done that for us. The service is quick, communication about when your clothes will be ready is great. We love them
