Poor heating and maintenance of buildings to old. Damages not fixed. Under SC laws landlord has 14 days to repair an issue. However that law doesn't apply to Slum lords. SC needs buildings and code inspections and stop turning their heads for money. California heart breaking but never for get God will show you in the long run. 💔
They give you some helpful tips but always seem to be in a rush to end the conversation. Not good for customer service... word of mouth travels a long way. As for myself they will be the last resort when I move again.
