Felicia always answers the phone with the most brightest personality a person could have. She's always polite and professional. I like the little different conversations she starts up with you as she's pulling you up in system I enjoy them. You rarely get that these days everyone now is short to the point and rude. Felicia it's always a pleasure to hear your voice and do business with you.
