Although the facility doesn’t offer leather couches and refreshments in the waiting area and you may encounter a delay the day of your appointment. It’s not poor scheduling, but if they have to take extra time to ensure you are getting A+ service, The tax preparers will not let you leave until you’re fully satisfied. Highly recommended!!!
