We moved to Summerfield back in 2019. James Septic worked with me to manage my inspection for the homes I was looking to buy. The first house i was under contract with they uncovered major issue. They provided me with enough clear documentation to not only allow me to walk away from that house, but to also get my deposit back from the seller of that home.
On my second home contract in 2019 they did a wonderful job identifying some smaller issues with the system and had those fixed before us purchasing the home.
