“I am seriously SO THANKFUL that I found Martin Peake for my deck renovation! My budget was $10,000 and I reached out to 2 other contractors for quotes. One contractor came out for measurements and I never heard from him again, the other one was extremely eager to do the job for exactly $10,000 but didn’t take any measurements and was only at my house for about 2 minutes. Martin came out and took measurements, drew a rough draft picture of what he could build me, and then he stayed in touch in an extremely professional manner. He was over my original budget by a few thousand, but then he worked with me to come down a little lower. He was still over my budget, but I could tell he really cares about his work and his reputation. He took the time to explain things to me and incorporate me into the planning process. He was very personable and easy to talk to, and I could tell he was the contractor for the job even though I knew I was going to spend more money going with Martin instead of the other contractor. I originally had a 10x10’ concrete slab outside my back door that I absolutely hated, and now I have a beautiful 10x30’ wooden deck/patio with a 10x20’ covered lean-to roof! We chose to keep the other 10 feet uncovered for grilling and whatnot. I will definitely be recommending Peake Residential to everyone I know! And I plan to use them again in the future when I save up enough to get some walls built so I can screen in the covered portion! Thank you so much Martin!!!”
