Zach Boeggeman was amazingly professional and kind from the time that I walked in the door. I did not have an appointment scheduled and Zach was more than willing to help me. Zach toured different homes with me and crunched the numbers with me and laid out everything that I need to consider in my home purchase. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and literally wrote out all things that I needed to consider. Great working with him and he made my home buying experience enjoyable.
Zach helped greatly by diligently taking his time to search for something that met my budget and some of my “must haves.” Never did anything feel forced or pushy. He continued to contact me as there were changes throughout the situation and was always on top of things!
Stefon was super throrough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He definitely left an good impression and I'm looking forward to the opportunity to work with him and Factory Select Homes in the future ?
