    Denise has been a God send. I was entirely unprepared for the journey I was starting and she has helped me every step of the way. She is patient and very thorough, kindly and informatively answered all of my questions. I highly recommend, this has been the best customer service I've ever had, hands down!!!

    Denise is an excellent and professional sales consultant. She is personable and remembers your conversations. I had traveled over 1000 miles to view these prefab homes. She made time to see us went over all the different options. I am a first time home buyer and she explained everything clearly. Normally when you’re shopping for a new home they are just looking to sell. However this is not the case Denise Wilkes wants what is best for you no matter if it ends in a sale with her or another location carrying the same homes by champion.
