We are the Grand Strand's best home inspection service. We work hard to protect the interest's of our clients. In addition to being a licensed SC home inspector, I am an engineer with 20 years of environmental, health, and safety experience. We have inspected over 2000 properties including multiple homes valued in excess of 1.25 million. In addition, I have managed capital projects in excess of 5 million dollars. In addition, we have a strong network of service providers including handymen, electricians, fencing contractors, HVAC contractors, and environmental testing firms. All of our providers have been verified by us to be quality professionals.

Dale has done an outstanding report on a property I just bought. His inspection work included details that helped me price the property more accordingly and prepare myself to do what was needed to update the place right before moving in. Dale provided me with a detailed report and pictures basically on the same day of the inspection. Dale and I went over the report by phone the next day and it was just a great experience to be able to spend some time and be welcomed to ask questions in the following days if needed. Dale is stellar at his job and very accessible and dependable.
