Great experience with J & J Air today. Went through our whole system and made sure everything was working right. Very nice personnel. Jesse seemed very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We didn't need to change our filters right now, so he left them for us to change out on our own schedule. Very pleased wirh their services today.
I have been doing business with this company for 4 years. They installed my equipment when we built our home. I have continued to have them service it. My tech Jesse is great. He is friendly and knowledgeable. They have recently hired new office staff.
I called and spoke with Lisa and she was professional and courteous and quickly scheduled a service call. Jesse arrived early and was efficient and knowledgeable. My service was restored and he explained to me probable causes and what to look for in the future. The best part though was that even though I had to call on Thanksgiving weekend the cost was reasonable and less than I expected!
