We arrived at Holden Beach RV Park, NC got our camper set up and went to turn on the AC to no avail. We looked at the campground map and noticed Gear It Up’s ad at the bottom. Called and got same day service within a few hours. Our technician Terry got on the issue upon arrival. Thorough and very meticulous troubleshooting he was able to get our system working again and I learned a few things in the process if we didn’t have service nearby. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for service if you are having issues with your RV/Camper!
Just want to say THANK YOU for getting to us on Sunday on 4th of July weekend to help out w our electrical issue we had while camping. Gear it up came recommended by our campground, WillowTree RV resort. They came right to our site. Took a little longer than we were told BUT they showed up and were efficient and friendly. Would most definitely use again. Keep up the good work.
I was referred to Gear it up by my next-door neighbor at the RV site I was staying at, she spoke the world of them and now I see exactly why! From the professional way Jackie answers the phone to Bill trying to help me out with my AC without charging me over the phone and Terry coming and fixing my problem immediately at a minimum cost, I cannot speak highly enough of this business!
