Good small little gym, if you go early in the morning you possibly get the gym to yourself, haven’t used the personal trainer, he’s normally on his phone with clients when I see him anyway. Not much machines, but enough to do what is needed.
Absolutely the best people to train with!! Joe is my trainer and I have seen the upmost positives from weight loss to increasing stamina and strength. In comparison to previous trainers, there is no comparison. Joe Does it Right ! After seeing the doctor I’ve been able to come off of cholesterol and blood pressure medication. I’ve seen significant changes in my body and doing everyday tasks has gotten a lot easier. If you’re looking to make a difference, see Joe in longs, sc he will get you on the right track. I can’t say enough great things about the whole staff.
I've been training on and off with Coach Joe for a year, when I came to him i couldn't bench the bar had severe back pain due to past injuries and surgery. We made to to 225 on Bench Press and my back pain has gotten alot less. The classes he teaches on Saturday mornings are very useful. Definitely recommended
