I have been going to Happy Nails when at our second home for over 10 years. Up until the last two years I loved their service and my results. Over the last two years quality has declined. The employees I encountered were new and not as friendly, I felt like I was being rushed out, and the last time I was in my cuticles were messed up so badly that it hurt and took a couple of months to get them and my nails back to normal. I kept thinking that maybe I just hit an off day, but after several issues I feel it is more than that. Now I am looking for a new salon in the area.
