9/19/25: The same day we filed a home warranty claim with Old Republic, Justin Kelly called to make a convenient appointment to inspect our faulty air handler in our attic. Within a few days he arrived, diagnosed the problem, conferred with our warranty company, ordered the repair kit, and returned to fix it. Our only charge was the warranty plan’s service charge of $110. Justin charged the balance for his time and parts to our warranty company. I highly recommend Justin! He is super courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable. He and his team did a great job making urgent heating repairs to our condo. We contacted him at 10pm with no heat and within 14 hrs he made the initial repair so we had heat. He worked seamlessly with our home warranty company to minimize cost to us and came back later to make the larger repair to fix the underlying issue...all at minimal cost to us.
