We bought our house pre-covid then once covid happened nobody in the country could get anybody to work. They became very sorry not talking about the people at Kenny's custom homes. And no, I'm not a friend of Kenny's. I am a customer and it was a long process to get our house finished. There was some bad choices on who was working there. I have later found out that these people are not there anymore and things are getting done that we're supposed to get done 2 years ago on our house. It does take time and not everybody can move when the Yankee snaps their fingers. This is the South. I purchased my home during the mist of the pandemic. We started the process in august, signed papers and moved out labor day weekend. And we were in our home by January. The home is gorgeous, well designed, accessible and has a sense of luxury.Kennys Team was great throughout the entire process. Quick to communicate and fix any issues we ran into post-construction. He was highly accomodating and helpful in the removal of my old home on my land (needed to remove a fence to access).All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend Kenny and his team if you own some land to put one of these amazing homes on. -Matthew Dioszeghy, a Little River Local
