Had a issue with my washer.they were here within a day.the gentleman named Jesse was very professional and friendly and knowledgeable!even showed me how to check for certin things if it happened again! price was fair!!highly recommend

This is Billy. I have had dealings with this place over the past few years. This week I needed a part for my dryer, so I asked them to order me a heating element. I picked it up the next morning and went to fix the dryer. When I got into the dryer, it was obvious that the thermal cut-off fuse on the outside of the housing was blown. So I called the woman (I apologize I don’t know her name) and asked her to order/get me the fuse. Well I called and went to see her this morning and took the thermostat housing, and the new unopened thermostat that I purchased from her yesterday. I have not purchased yet but the knowledge and understanding on the phone and helping me i definitely would recommend and purchase through and even you have a service call they put that money to one of their units thank you ma'ma for all your help...and yes I did go with this company to fix the problem and they were so quick even included a weekend for shipping on part and as soon as it came in they was right out to fix it asap
