Bruce Carrell founded Carrell Group in 1987. Since early childhood, Bruce has had a passion for designing custom homes, which was heavily influenced by his grandfather and father who were both builders. Since the company’s founding, Carrell Group has designed and constructed nearly 2,000 custom homes along the coastlines of both North and South Carolina. Bruce and his team have won numerous regional and national awards over the years and is a recognized leader in both ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) and hurricane reinforced construction. Their newest project is an Epcon Community called Courtyards by Carrell that will offer 66 luxury ranch homes in Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
