From the first day she proved to be very knowledgeable made sure I was well aware and prepared for all things to come. Today was the big day the day in which I finally got to meet Daniel for myself as he came highly spoken of by Chloe, and I felt as if I knew him for years! He walked me through everything that was about to take place and throughout the job he constantly checked with me and made sure to answer any questions I had which were few to none. Once the install was complete he gave me a demonstration on how the windows work and even repeated it when my son came home. He allowed us to do some hands on training before he left, ensuring we got it down packed and didn’t miss and steps while he explained.
