I chose to use Tripp's Fine Cleaners because my dress that needed cleaning had sequins on it that needed careful handling. The dress was returned clean, nicely pressed, and the sequins were kept in excellent condition. The dress was also ready on time, and I received a prompt text to let me know that it was ready.
Clothes turned out great. Serious lack of communication about pick up time and delivery of clothes (ask for folded and they weren’t) and had to go back to pick up shirts that were there when I was told they weren’t.
Staff is amazing, my order was taken promptly and was completed on time as promised. Tripp's is only clener I use. I highly recommend them for fast prompt service.
