We had an insurance repair to our roof. Tony's recognized that an entire replacement was needed, not just spot repairs as indicated by the adjuster. Christy contacted the insurance company and got the approval needed. The repair was done quickly once in the shop and Christy kept us updated on the progress all through the process. The camper was returned in excellent condition, clean and repaired. The front office staff was quick and helpful with some questions unrelated to the repair.
Excellent Service!!!! I have done business with Tony's for several years on two different campers. The first was a much older model which really needed to be set out to pasture. LOL! But, Tony's RV babied that thing until I finally pulled the plug! LOL! There was no issue too small or large that Tony's couldn't handle, and they always came to me since my camper was stationery. Purchased a new one this year that had a damaged door! Called Tony's and they were there in a flash. The door was replaced in less than an hour. We just had a FANTASTIC experience at Tony’s RV Parts & Service. They really came to our rescue. We were having a problem with our motorhome, right before we were getting ready to go on a trip. They said to bring it right away , but it might take 2-3 days…. They were able to do it in ONE day !
Amazing service on the phone, at the desk and by the service department. Everyone is friendly, helpful, well spoken and knowledgeable.
