I went to The Joint Chiropractic in Lexington on Thursday June 25th. I was in incredible pain with my lower back, only able to move with my wife's assistance & a cane. Dr. Touchet happened to see me struggling to get out of the car, so he came to me at the car. He asked what was going on & even told me he wasn't sure i was in the right place for my condition. Dr. Touchet assisted me out of the car & inside. He had me fill out some quick paperwork & got me right back. Dr. Touchet questioned me for about 15 minutes to find out exactly what was happening, then decided he could help with my issue (a disc issue in the lower back). This was, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had with The Joint. Dr. Touchet was extremely thorough in explaining how each area of my body is interconnected—from movement patterns to specific stretches and how they work together. He also took detailed notes to ensure that other locations will clearly understand my needs moving forward. I was actually sore after my first adjustment, which I later realized is a normal and expected response. Thank you for such a professional and informative experience!
Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. Christi at the front desk was delightful. Very helpful and kind. She talked me through the entire process which helped put my mind at ease. Dr. Solan was wonderful. This was my first time at a chiropractor in many years and I was very nervous, but he went very slow and explained everything. Highly recommend.
