The repair personnel was very kind! However he made an absolute mess over my kitchen floor and heading shop with him his!! I have never had a repair person do that before! Thank you for the follow up! Overall he did repair the refrigerator and it is working properly.

Excellent customer service although it did take more than two weeks for the parts to arrive. Scheduling was easy and customer service incredibly responsive albeit off-shore and heavily accented. The technicians were cheerful, polite, professional, and skilled. it's not the same poor quality company it used to be and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Negatives: off-shore heavily accented customer service representatives, parts delivery took weeks and delayed the repair Plusses: short wait time for phone calls, constant contact from technicians regarding scheduling visits, requested technician visits scheduled within a day or two instead of weeks out, skilled... read full review
