Love this place!! Needed somewhere to get my butt back in shape. Just going to the gym by myself wasn’t working. I wouldn’t go. But I love the atmosphere here & the people who help and cheer you on and keep you accountable. I’ve been going a month now!
The trainers are very knowledgeable, they make working out fun !! From flipping tires outside , circuit training , upper lower , rowing , running , boxing always something different ❤️❤️❤️
A nearly two year battle with cancer and a bone marrow transplant left me so weak just getting up a flight of stairs left me tired and breathing heavy. As part of my recovery I started working with Nikki at Perfect FIT two days a week. She was caring and patient, and a few months later I’m back to work, have amazing energy and feel, well, human again. The whole Perfect FIT community has been so supportive and welcoming. I simply can’t recommend them enough.
