I have been fighting with my elevator since it was installed. The door never closed properly. The company that installed it came back twice and eventually told me that it had to do with the air currents and it was just difficult to shut. Kendall Elevator came out to work on it today. The technician explained the problem and told me to give him a few minutes to work on it. He was efficient, helpful, and thorough. For the first time since it was installed, I was able to go, close the door and have a smooth ride without having to struggle with the door. I will absolutely call this company back if I ever have any problems. I would 100% recommend them!
