Cannot recommend enough! The staff are so compassionate and caring during a really difficult time. From making the call through tears to saying goodbye to finally leaving we received such empathy and support from everyone we came in contact with.
Dr. Clemenson is the best! Saw my basset hound for the ole non emergent, emergent derm issue. Made a plan, fixed her right up and she is at home comfortable. The staff was excellent as well, and very kind. This is where all my dogs will go for their urgent but non emergent needs.
Was able to get an appointment quickly for my dog who was a new patient. The office was extremely clean, all staff was very friendly. Dr. Pedersen was very nice and listened to my concerns.
