Had put my 15+ year old Lab down today. I was very sudden but knew it was coming. I called and was told to come in around 4:30. I explained that I felt like he was suffering and was told to bring him on. The parking lot was full but we didn't wait long. Doctor was extremely busy but took her time with us. My husband and I truly appreciated the compassion that was given to use on a terribly busy Monday.
I dont ever write reviews but I always hype this team up whenever anyone asks. Years ago they saved my sweet baby, they went above and beyond to make sure that not only he got healthy but stayed healthy (urinary issues, had to get the PU surgery)! My mom started bringing her terminal kitty here as well and when other vets told her she would have to be put down, thanks to crossroads shes been happy and maintaining for years!
Professional and friendly staff. Always willing to work you in their busy schedule. I would not take my babies anywhere else! The doctor's treat your pets like their own. They are amazing!💜
