My cat was rescued a couple of weeks ago. He had some issues going on since the adoption. The receptionist was amazing, helping us reschedule without feeling bad. The tech was so sweet and helpful and the vet helped my cat, Pete so much! He is coming home after getting his claws clipped, some medicine, shots he needed, and encouragement that he would be better. Also, leaving they made me feel like he mattered. Wonderful vet office. I have always gone to Dr. Strom for years with childhood pets, and now my own. He is extremely thorough, as well as kind to your animals. Dr. Dry is also awesome. She is detail oriented and extremely patient. Everyone here cares about your pets so much!
Our dog had been limping after jumping off the couch, and when it wasn't improving after a couple of days, we brought him in. The vet checked his leg and joints carefully and explained that it appeared to be a minor strain. We were given simple instructions for rest and monitoring him at home. The staff was patient with him throughout the visit, and it was reassuring to have a clear idea of what to watch for.
