John and his son came out after our warranty service sent another company 3 times and still couldn't fix a leaking faucet. After explaining all the problems I'd had he told me how he would fix it and he showed me step by step what he did and why the other company hadn't fixed it. Super knowledgeable and professional. So happy with the repair. Will not be renewing the warranty company but will call him when I need plumbing work.Service: Plumbing leak detection

We had one of our pipes under our sink come apart and contacted our home warranty company who sent a work order to Carolina Plumbing and Drain LLC. We scheduled a plumber to come out between 12:30 and 3:30pm. I was skeptical at first because Carolina Plumbing and Drain did not have a website or very many reviews but that skepticism was quickly dispelled. John was the plumber that came out and he arrived right at 12:30 as scheduled. John seemed very knowledgeable about plumbing and was able to quickly diagnose our issue and fix it. I was impressed with John's expertise. He took the time to listen to me and then investigated the problem thoroughly before acting. He ended up finding an issue that another company had failed to and saved me a lot of money and additional stress.
