There is one thing that I wasn’t aware of that I wish I was, and that would be that I was made aware of that there is no option to modify my loan once I have the proceeds from the sale of my home. I wish I have been notified of that is there is no option to have my loan be modified once I sell my current home. I wanted to pay down the loan by $100,000. To decrease my payment and I was told there is no option to do that. I was and am very disappointed as far as that goes.

Kaylin is amazing!! I got the privilege of her not only being my doula but also a student midwife at prenatal appointments. She is so knowledgeable, but most importantly she is gentle and kind. I was most nervous about getting my husband involved in the birthing process. She helped to make him feel comfortable and give him gentle guidance on how he could support me. She helped to create a safe environment that I think ultimately helped my body to relax and progress and obtain a VBAC. I could go on and on about how great Kaylin was made for this! She fully believes in helping women through all stages of pregnancy, birth, and even after birth and her passion and dedication helped to make this pregnancy redemptive after a bad experience with my first.
I cannot express how thankful I am for WC and his lovely wife. Not only did they answer the phone on a weekend evening, but they promptly responded to our emergency call first thing the following morning and had a solution immediately. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. They fixed the mistakes of a larger company in the area (who, BTW, never even bothered returning my emergency message). I would highly recommend them! Thank you!

The ladies at sand and sun's give that at home vibe. On top of that not only does it feel like home when you walk in but it has that at home feel. The quality of work and time put into what these women are doing is amazing I definitely recommend any and everyone by far one of the best hands down so glad I went call make a appointment if you think the people at ci ci's are nice and do great work just wait till you give.sun and sand a try.
