There is one thing that I wasn’t aware of that I wish I was, and that would be that I was made aware of that there is no option to modify my loan once I have the proceeds from the sale of my home. I wish I have been notified of that is there is no option to have my loan be modified once I sell my current home. I wanted to pay down the loan by $100,000. To decrease my payment and I was told there is no option to do that. I was and am very disappointed as far as that goes.

The ladies at sand and sun's give that at home vibe. On top of that not only does it feel like home when you walk in but it has that at home feel. The quality of work and time put into what these women are doing is amazing I definitely recommend any and everyone by far one of the best hands down so glad I went call make a appointment if you think the people at ci ci's are nice and do great work just wait till you give.sun and sand a try. I don't believe in making promises you can't keep that is why I can say this honestly I promise you are gonna love it. Great pricing cute home atmosphere. With a little bit of everything.
