I am OBSESSED with the care and compassion that I receive every time I go to see Dr. Legette. She has helped me so much with my life in these past 2 months, and it’s more than she will ever truly know. She’s my lifesaver!! She listens ATTENTIVELY to my personal details, cares about my care, wellness, and mental health. SHE IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE MY PCP FROM THIS DAY FORWARD!

I love Care South. Both my Dr and Chiropractor are here. It's nice having providers who actually seem to care about my health and well being. I drive 35 minutes out here from Florence. They take care of our whole family.

As a community health center, we understand our patients to be part of our family. We are part of their community, and we deliver a comprehensive set of services that meet the whole need — from pediatrics to pharmacy to community outreach — all under one roof. It’s certainly not common in health care, but we believe it is what’s needed to make a difference in the lives of people and in the communities we call home. In turn, we find ourselves leading the transformation of health care here at home and as a national model of success. All in all, though, CareSouth Carolina is still about the one patient looking for a place to experience excellent care and service — a place where she can feel at home — and always welcome.
